Dr. Salim G. Shaikh is a distinguished academician and researcher with over 18 years of experience in the field of Computer Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Amity University, Jaipur, a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. Currently serving as Associate Professor and Head of the CSE (AIML) Department at Anjuman-I-Islam’s Kalsekar Technical Campus, He has demonstrated academic leadership and a deep commitment to innovation in education and research. He has published extensively in reputed SCI and Scopus-indexed journals and conferences, with notable contributions in disease prediction, artificial intelligence, deep learning, nature-inspired computing, and healthcare recommender systems. He has also worked on a design patent titled “Denoising Medical Images.” Also, he is the author of two internationally published books: “Software for Bank Lead Management System: LMS Case Study” (ISBN-10: 6206845931, ISBN-13: 978-6206845935) and “Security in Wireless Channel of RFID System” (ISBN-13: 978-3-659-22939-8). Dr. Salim Shaikh continues to advance engineering education through his research, publications, and dedication to student mentorship.
