Feminine Hygiene Management

Women Development and Grievnce Redressal Cell of AIKTC took an initiative to include the the ladies cleaning staff to be a part of the women hygiene management awareness program organized by them. Although this program was designed only for the faculty members ,the Resource person manged to conduct the same in local language for all the attendees to understand and generate hygiene awareness among all the ladies present for the program. The attendees could grasp the information rendered to all.The act of including all the staff members creates a sense of belonging and non discrimination.
