PURPOSE:

To develop, update and maintain the AIKTCs website in all respect so that different stakeholders can be benefitted.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• The WPIA centre’s major duty is to regularly maintain, update, and backup the AIKTC’s website.
• WPIA controller shall be calling a meeting of WPIA coordinators to make them aware on the process and format of working flow of WPIA.
• Adding new pages: If any committee or Department need any additional pages then committee or department member create support ticket and send requirements for that additional page along with content. A meeting is schedule to understand requirements and a timeline is set for that particular task.
• Adding new dynamic page functionality: If any committee or Department need additional dynamic feature then committee or department member create support ticket and send requirements after that a meeting is schedule to understand requirements and a timeline is set for that particular task.
• Backup your website and store the backups in a safe, secure location and retain last 3 backups.
• Test all of the functions of website like forms, popups and 404 links, image optimization etc on a regular basis to make sure they are working properly.
• Use analytics to monitor website traffic and usage patterns to identify any issues.
• Regularly monitor your website’s security to make sure it is up–to–date and secure.
