Dr. Tabassum Maktum is an experienced academician with 19 years of extensive teaching experience in the field of Computer Science. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed in July 2023. With a Master’s degree from the University of Mumbai (2012) and a Bachelor’s from Shivaji University (2005).
Currently, she is working as Assistant Professor and Head of CSE(DS) department in School of Engineering and Technology, Anjuman I Islam’s Kalsekar Technical Campus. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence, student mentorship, and the advancement of technology through both teaching and research.
Her research area includes Machine Learning, Cloud Security and Artificial Intelligence domain. She has published research findings in reputed, Scopus indexed international journals and conferences.
Dr. Tabassum believes in continuous learning and staying updated with recent trends to ensure she brings the most value to her work.
