As a part of a Alumni Engagement Program, Alumni Connect Center, Department of Mechanical Engineering is organising a career counselling session by one of our esteemed alumnus Mr. Imran Khan, (2015 Pass-out batch), working in the field of Marine Engineering as Third Engineer at Dockendale Ship Management and also working as a consultant at Shore Office, having experience of more than 7 Years on Bulk Carriers and Tankers.
The session is scheduled for TE and BE students to get more insight on the Marine Engineering.
The main objective of the interaction was:
1. To make our students aware of the opportunities in the field
2. To know How to get into Marine Engineering, what are the required skills and knowledge, opportunities in Marine Engineering.
3. Make students aware of the various departments/ areas where they can make career in the field of Marine Engineering.
