Won 2nd Prize in DOBASS Competition

Team FOXBOT
comprising of following students :

Mr. Abdul Rahman Dolare (SE -ECS)
Mr. Baseem Dabholkar (SE-ME)
has won Second Prize (Certificate and Prize of Rs- 60000/-) in DOBASS UAV competition.

It was a National Level Competition wherein the problem statement was to design a Docking and Battery Swapping System for UAV (DoBaSS-UAV) satisfying the given constraints.

Around 135 teams from all over the country registered for the event out of which 105 teams were selected for stage-1.

32 teams then advanced towards stage-2 and only 5 of them could make it for the Final round which was held on 18th and 19th of November 2023 in Delhi as a part of International Conference cum Exhibition on “Aerospace and Aviation in 2047” organised by the Aeronautical Society of India.

All the five teams presented and explained their design concepts for the given problem statements to a team of six jury members.

During the valedictory session Team FOXBAT from Anjuman -I-Islam’s Kalsekar Technical Campu, Panvel was declared as the Runner up of the competition bagging a prize of Rs 60,000/- (sixty thousand)and certificate of appreciation.
