Confederation of Indian Industry’s (CII’s) IGBC students’ chapter was launched at Department of Civil Engineering, Kalsker Technical Campus, Panvel, Navi Mumbai on 13 th October 2022. The council has a noble vision of providing a sustainable built environment for all and making India to be one of the global leaders in the sustainable built environment by 2025. Services available through the council are green building rating programs, certification services and training programs. The organization also hosts the Green Building Congress, its flagship annual event related to sustainable buildings. The objective is to encourage the creation of environment-friendly buildings.

Purpose of Collaboration

The CII-IGBC and AIKTC arel partner in launching ‘IGBC Student Chapter’ at AIKTC to bring in Industry academia collaboration in creating awareness on Green Building concepts, latest trends & technologies and train the students to become industry ready.
