The React.js Beginner Workshop was organized by the NeurOnyx Club on 04 January 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, in online mode via Google Meet. The workshop was attended by approximately 35–40 students, reflecting considerable interest in frontend development technologies. The session was conducted by Mr. Huzaifa Ansari, Technical Team Member of the NeurOnyx Club, with the objective of introducing beginners to React.js and modern frontend development practices.
The workshop commenced with an overview of JavaScript fundamentals, highlighting its limitations in building scalable user interfaces and the relevance of React. Core concepts such as JSX, component-based architecture, props, state management, React Hooks, and basic routing were subsequently explained. Emphasis was placed on understanding React’s approach to building efficient, modular, and reusable user interfaces.
The session was designed to be beginner-friendly and focused on practical understanding, supported by real-world examples to ensure conceptual clarity. Participants actively engaged throughout the workshop by asking questions and interacting with the speaker, contributing to an effective learning environment.
By the end of the session, participants gained a clear foundational understanding of React.js and felt confident to begin developing basic React-based applications. The workshop successfully achieved its objectives and was well received by the attendees. Encouraged by the positive response, the NeurOnyx Club plans to organize more such technical sessions in the future.
