Reimagine India was successfully organized as an online creative competition by the NeurOnyx Club of AIKTC-ACM Student Chapter as part of the 79th Independence Day celebration on 14th August 2026. The event encouraged students to showcase their knowledge, creativity, imagination, and AI skills while envisioning India in 2047.
The competition was open to students from the School of Engineering (SoET), School of Pharmacy (SoP), and School of Architecture (SoA) and consisted of three rounds with no elimination: Identify the Monuments, testing knowledge of India’s iconic monuments; Reimagine India: India in 2047, where participants presented their vision through creative posters; and Prompt Engineering, testing their ability to create effective AI prompts.
The competition concluded with the announcement of the winners. Laxmi Rajbhar (SoP) secured the First Position, Siddhi Kumari (SoP) secured the Second Position, and Aiman Kelkar (SoET) secured the Third Position. The winners were felicitated on 15th August 2026 following the Independence Day flag-hoisting ceremony by the Director, Dr. Ramjan Khatik; Dean, Dr. Rajendra Magar; Dr. Salim Shaikh, HOD, Department of AI & ML and Guests.
The event provided students with a platform to combine patriotism, creativity, and technology, encouraging them to envision a progressive India by 2047.
