Description: In October 2025, the Data Science Department at Anjuman-I-Islam’s Kalsekar Technical Campus (AIKTC) initiated the Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) under the School of Engineering and Technology as part of a national-level skill development initiative by Samsung India in collaboration with the Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC).
The department took proactive leadership in implementing the program to strengthen industry-academia collaboration and provide students with structured, high-quality technical training. Through this initiative, the Data Science Department coordinated enrollment, academic scheduling, and program execution for 3rd and 4th-year B.Tech students from Data Science (DS), Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML), Computer Engineering (CE), and Electronics and Computer Science (ECS). The program focuses on training and certifying students in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Coding & Programming (C&P), equipping them with strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
By offering industry-aligned curriculum, expert-led sessions, and hands-on project-based learning, the Data Science Department’s initiative aims to build a pool of industry-ready professionals prepared to thrive in a competitive, technology-driven environment.
